Bronze
Bronze is an alloy of copper and tin up to 20% (tin bronze), copper and aluminum up to 10% (aluminum bronze). It has high strength even at higher temperatures. Good corrosion resistance. Resistance to scale formation, good cold formability. Average specific gravity 8.4 kg/cm3.
Application: impact and vibration stressed engine and gearbox components. High strength bolts and nuts, shafts, spindles, worm and gears, bearings and sliding components. Springs, paper and chemical industry, shipbuilding and engineering.
Stocks are wires, rods, pipes. We supply materials outside the stock range from the factory or from our external suppliers.
