Stainless steel

Stainless steel is a highly alloyed steel – an alloy of chromium (12-30%), nickel (up to 30%), manganese (up to 24%), iron, carbon and other alloying elements. According to the chemical composition, steels are divided into austenitic, ferritic, martensitic and duplex. The specific gravity is 7.9 g/cm3.

Application: stainless steel semi-finished products are used in the food, chemical and healthcare industries due to their corrosion resistance and smooth surface (rolled materials). They are used in the production of fittings, profiles, pipes, springs, connecting material, valves and technologies for gastronomy.

The stock range includes wires (for spring production, cold forming and CNC forming) and bars for chip machining.
